RAILS & PULLEYS
MPI’s Magnet Rails & Pulleys are
available in a wide range of magnetic strengths and configurations
to meet your specific material handling requirements. Available
in both permanent and electromagnetic designs, magnetic rails
can be installed in nearly any style of belted conveyor. As
the belt tracks over the fixed magnet, ferrous objects are
magnetically held to the belt to provide positive part movement
in horizontal high speed and/or incline and decline angled
conveyors. Magnet Pulleys can be used in place of curved Magnet
Rails where elevation limits and/or small turning radius are
required. Typical custom features include non-standard mounting
designs, belting wear surface materials and tapering magnetic
fields.

FLOOR SWEEPERS
MPI’s Magnetic Brooms & Sweepers
offer a simple and economical way to collect ferrous materials
from outdoor grounds areas and interior floor spaces. Typical
outdoor uses include construction sites, parking lots, roadways
and airport runways. Indoor uses include shop area safety aisles,
ferrous parts assembly lines and around metal machining and
stamping machines. These products are available in lightweight
hand held, larger wheeled and heavy duty lift or truck operated
designs.

designs are available from stock. Applications as simple as

high speed production lines, MPI Fixture Magnets can get the
job done.

SEPARATORS 
MPI’s magnetic Sheet Separators provide
positive separation of oily thin gauge ferrous sheet metal to
eliminate “double sheet” de-stacking. Units are available
in a wide variety of styles offering several designs to meet
your specific application requirements. Models include permanent
Ceramic, Rare Earth, and air operated on/off and electromagnetic
on/off designs.

TOOLS
MPI’s permanent magnetic Hand
Tools offer a simple way to retrieve ferrous metals. Common
applications include collecting fasteners from large parts
bins or picking up small ferrous scrap such as stampings and
metal shavings from oily areas around metal processing machinery.

MAGNETS
MPI’s permanent Lift Magnets are available
in both standard Ceramic and Rare Earth magnet material powered
designs. The Ceramic units offer extra heavy duty, cam operated
on/off construction. The Rare Earth models offer very powerful
magnet strength with a simple on/off switch design.
