Free Product Process Capacity Testing
It is important that when customers use MPI products in their process, production capacity throughput is not impaired. To ensure this does not occur, MPI provides free production volume process simulation of customer materials to confirm and verify through empirical testing, production line capacities are maintain after the selected magnet system has been installed. Free Product Performance Testing
It is imperative that selected magnetic or material handling equipment meets your performance expectations before it is purchased and installed in your facility. MPI provides free empirical performance testing of your products through our equipment. This collaborative effort can also assist in confirming proper equipment selection and sizing before a commitment to purchase is made. Free Application Solution Testing
Although MPI offers a wide range of magnetic and material handling solutions as standard equipment, it is not uncommon to find that non-standard custom equipment is required to meet your application requirements. MPI is proud of its record in providing non standard solutions and offers free product development testing to meet this need in the marketplace. Simply contact our Customer Service Department to make arrangements for MPI to receive your materials into our R&D center.

ENGINEERING
3D & Solid Modeling Software
We utilize state of the art CAD/CAM engineering software to design and fabricate all products manufactured. All engineers are trained and certified to meet specific MPI product classification levels to ensure product design documents developed with the use of 3D and/or Solid Modeling software tools results in “Best in Class” mechanical design specifications of all MPI products.

Custom Order Approval Drawings
To ensure nonstandard equipment meets your specific system requirements, MPI provides part approval drawings to customers before beginning the fabrication process. This process is required on all nonstandard equipment orders and is accomplished using email and/or facsimile technologies. Time allocation for this process is included in MPI standard manufacturing lead times.

Permanent Job file records storage & retrieval
Once a customer order has been completed, Job records are stored both electronically and in hard copy format. This enables MPI to offer quick delivery of repeat orders and provide exact replicas of component parts on an after market basis.

MANUFACTURING
Quality Control Process
All customer orders are manufactured utilizing a rigorous quality inspection and document control process. This ensures that equipment provided by MPI will meet your expectations of performance and quality construction. These processes include in-process critical control point (CCP) quality inspection and documentation and final product performance and finish specification compliance inspection and documentation. All quality inspection documentation is kept with the completed order file for future verification if required.

CNC Technology
To provide the highest level of quality at the most competitive price possible, CNC technology is used throughout the MPI manufacturing process. This includes CNC Laser, Punching, Forming, Milling & Turning equipment. This capability enables MPI to manufacture to exacting standards of precision resulting in higher quality fit & finish on all MPI products.

Materials Certification
All MPI products are manufactured from raw materials that have been certified by MPI vendors to conform to MPI internal “best in class” quality standards.

SALES
Magnet Audits
MPI has developed a free service known as the “Magnet Audit”. This invaluable tool enables a customer using magnetic separation equipment in their process to receive a written report following their plant inspection from an MPI trained technician. The report or “audit” profiles every magnet currently in their process and includes an evaluation from testing during the plant visit along with recommended action if any.
