Magnetic Broom
Series: MB

Applications:

MPI's MAGNA-BROOM keeps work areas cleaner and safer. Designed to pickup ferrous metal debris and parts with its easy-to-use mechanism, the economically priced Magna-Broom features a low profile design, making it maneuverable and compact enough to reach under machinery.

Use the Magna-Broom to collect:

• Metal turnings from floors in machine shops
• Steel stampings from around presses
• Hazardous nails and sharp ferrous metal objects from driveways, walkways, and grounds of construction sites

Operation:

Simply roll the broom over the area to be cleaned. As the strong magnetic field passes over the ferrous metal, it will be drawn and attach to the bottom of the broom. To remove the collected metal, just pull up on the broom handle and deposit the collected debris in the desired container.

Selection:

Magna Brooms are available in 12" and 18" widths and are available from stock. Smaller pick-up tools and larger tow-behind vehicle styles are also offered. Special size units and product features are available upon request.

Magnetic Sweeper

Applications:

This towed sweeper features a super strength magnet ideal for sweeping roads, parking lots, driveways, airport runways, ramps, etc.

Specific features:

• 2" clearance at 13 MPH with magnets in sweeping position, 5" clearance with magnets in traveling position

Magnetic Sweeper Road / Airfield Tow Sweeper
MKS5000R/A

Three sweepers can be towed side-by-side with one towing vehicle for up to 24 feet of magnetic sweeping width. These are the ultimate magnetic sweepers for large areas, such as airfield runways, municipal parking lots, state and county roads, etc.

Specific features:

• Magnet assembly can be trailer- or bumper-mounted, or carried by a forklift
• Actual sweeping widths of 60", 72", 84" and 96"
• Super-power magnets enclosed in a heavy gauge welded housing are height adjustable to provide sweeping clearance from 2" to 6"

Multi-Surface Magnet
Series MSM

Applications:

The Multi-Surface Magnet comes with 7" wheels and a removable handle for easy storage. An optional rake loosens metal debris from grass or gravel, allowing the magnet to snap them up – the ideal product for residential roofers. Powerful magnets are enclosed in a heavy gauge aluminum shell. This magnet works well over concrete, grass, gravel, etc.

Magnetic Nail Sweep
Series: NS

Applications:

The Nail Sweep is an economically priced hand-held magnetic sweeper. It is lightweight and very simple to handle. The Nail Sweep easily snaps up nails or other metallic debris from almost any type of worksite, including grass, gravel and concrete. The aluminum shell houses powerful magnetic blocks that attract nails and steel debris from 2" below the base.

Load-Release All-Terrain Magnetic Sweeper

Applications:

Designed for use on uneven, rough terrain, the Load-Release All-Terrain Magnetic Sweeper is ideal for use on gravel, dirt, broken concrete and unconventional surfaces. Inside each unit are powerful ceramic magnets, which are protected by an aluminum shell. Simply hang it from a vehicle and sweep the work area clean of tire damaging material.
