Engineering software We utilize CAD/CAM engineering software to design and fabricate all products manufactured. Our engineering team is trained and certified to meet specific MPI product classification levels, ensuring that product design documents result in “best in class” mechanical design specifications. Custom order approval drawings To ensure nonstandard equipment meets your specific system requirements, MPI will provide part approval drawings (by e-mail or fax) before fabrication. Time allocation for this process is included in MPI standard manufacturing lead times. Please note that this process is required for all nonstandard equipment orders Permanent job file record storage and retrieval Once a customer order has been completed, job records are stored both electronically and in hard copy formats. This enables MPI to quickly deliver repeat orders and provide exact replicas of component parts on repeat orders. Field measurementsTo ensure that the products and services we provide will meet your expectations, MPI offers technical customer site services to evaluate your needs and applications. DVX Safe Boxes
Magnetic Products, Inc. (MPI) offers DVX safe boxes to provide added security, safety and strength to high-value parcels shipped by FedEx®. DVX boxes fit securely in standard (medium or large) FedEx® shipping boxes. They are constructed of double-strength aluminum alloy and built to withstand powerful blows and to thwart tampering. A combination lock keeps valuables protected during transport. Only the customer and the recipient know the combination to reveal the contents. The DVX boxes slide into FedEx® boxes. The safe box can't be accessed until it's safely in the recipient's hands. Specifications:
