Application:

MPI Rare Earth Plate Magnets remove both large and small pieces of tramp iron from product processing flows. The powerful permanent Rare Earth magnet material provides more effective separation performance for a broader range of applications, including product flows with deeper burden depths.

MPI Rare Earth Plate Magnets provide increased magnetic strength for effective tramp metal separation on product flows. Neodymium-Iron-Boron magnetic material minimizes product “wash-off” for below-the-flow installations.

Operation:

The magnetic face consists of two 430 series stainless steel poles that are spaced either to 1) effectively increase holding values on a Holding Plate Magnet or 2) achieve maximum reachout values for the Reachout Plate Magnet. MPI Neo Plate Magnets are easy to install. The hinged mounting design allows quick and rapid cleaning of the magnetic surface. The strong magnetic field is effective in product streams up to 6".
