Application:

MPI's ROUND SPOUT PLATE MAGNETS (RSPM Series) are designed for use in gravity-fed angled chutes and pneumatic conveying systems, which convey low to medium volume product streams. Typical installations include where the product flows over the magnetic face, providing optimal removal of ferrous tramp metal in a variety of chute applications.

Operation:

The magnetic pole face consists of (2) 400 series stainless steel poles for maximum holding value. RSPM series plate magnets are easy to install and the magnet's hinged mount design permits quick, easy cleaning of the magnet's surface. The strong magnetic field is effective in product streams up to 8" deep.
