Step-by-Step Process

Magnetic Filtration Begins

As contaminated coolant enters the Eco-Flow Magnetic Filter, it flows over a high-intensity magnetic roll designed to maximize exposure to the magnetic field.
The magnetic roll attracts and captures ferrous particles, including fine grinding swarf, ensuring optimal contaminant removal.
The fluid intake system is engineered to calm coolants, allowing contaminants to interact with the magnetic field at a lower velocity, improving separation efficiency.

Efficient Swarf Removal & Containment

Captured ferrous particles accumulate on the magnetic roll and are continuously removed by an automatic scraper system.
Unlike traditional systems that rely on plastic squeegees, Eco-Flow’s advanced adjustable scraper blades ensure a thorough cleaning of the magnetic roll, maximizing coolant recovery.
As the swarf is scraped off, it forms an extremely dry swarf “cake”, which is automatically deposited into a disposal bin, reducing the need for manual waste handling.

Coolant Recovery & Recirculation
