The high-intensity magnetic tubes create an optimized magnetic circuit that efficiently extracts fine and coarse tramp metal while maintaining product integrity.
Contaminant Capture & Magnetic Filtration
As the product stream flows through the housing, materials pass over two tiers of 1” diameter rare-earth magnetic tubes, designed to:
- Maximize direct product contact, ensuring efficient tramp metal removal.
- Utilize a staggered tube configuration, preventing product bridging and choking while optimizing filtration.
- Hold contaminants on the underside of the tubes, minimizing tramp metal wash-off and recontamination.
Ferrous contaminants, such as metal shavings and wear debris, are attracted and securely held by the magnetic tubes until manually removed.
