How It Works
Mount the Chuck
Secure the chuck to your grinder via flange or chuck mount, ensuring level alignment.
Place Workpiece
Position the ferrous workpiece (minimum size: 1.6" x 1.6" x 0.3") on the chuck surface.
Activate Magnetic Force
The permanent ceramic magnets securely hold the workpiece in place during grinding.
Perform Circular Grinding
Operate the grinder as usual. The uniform parallel poles maintain even force across the workpiece.
Release the Workpiece
