Success at our company doesn’t happen by chance—it’s built every day through the dedication, creativity, and commitment of our employees. Without their willingness to go above and beyond, we could not achieve the level of excellence our customers expect. To recognize and celebrate these outstanding efforts, we proudly present the Employee of the Month award. Each month, one individual is selected for this honor through a combination of peer and management nominations, ensuring that the recognition truly reflects the respect and appreciation of the entire team.
The Employee of the Month winner receives more than just a title. They are awarded a cash prize, their photo is prominently featured on our digital news board, and they enjoy exclusive use of the designated Employee of the Month parking space—located in a prime spot near the employee entrance. This tradition of recognition represents The MPI Touch—our way of showing that hard work, teamwork, and exceptional performance never go unnoticed.
Moments That Matter
At MPI we believe that the day you join MPI is a Moment that Matters.
At our company, we make it a priority to recognize the Moments that Matter in every employee’s journey. Employment anniversaries are especially important—they reflect the loyalty, expertise, and knowledge our team members bring to their roles year after year.
Each anniversary is celebrated with a personalized card from our management team, and all monthly anniversaries are proudly displayed on our digital news board. Employees who reach a five-year milestone receive special recognition, including a congratulatory letter from our company president and the opportunity to select a gift to mark the occasion.
This tradition of honoring milestones is part of The MPI Touch—our way of showing that every year of dedication makes a difference.
Game of Work
We operate under the philosophy of The Game of Work.
Players (you) work with their coach (supervisor) to create a game-plan of goals for year that are assigned a point value. At the end of each quarter you and your coach meet to review the plan, progress toward goals, and points earned in that quarter.
Players can redeem the points for things like work from home days, vacation time, flex-time, a standard lunch break extended by 45 minutes with a gift certificate to purchase their meal and gift cards. Players can redeem their points every quarter or let them roll-over to redeem their points for larger value items at the next redemption cycle.
You, the player, are responsible for monitoring and reporting your progress toward goals as well as any obstacles you're facing. Your coach is responsible for assisting you in reaching your goals, helping to remove any obstacles, and providing encouragement. That's the MPI Touch.
Wellness Program
The MPI Touch - employee health and wellness is a top priority.
We believe good health is the foundation of success, which is why we partner with our health insurance provider to bring health and wellness seminars directly to employees—at no cost. We encourage everyone to take part in these opportunities to learn, recharge, and focus on personal well-being.
Each year, we typically host four to six onsite wellness events and one to two wellness challenges. Past events have included healthy cooking demonstrations, wellness presentations, exercise sessions, health screenings, and even chair massages. Our wellness challenges give employees the chance to build healthy habits while enjoying friendly competition with co-workers.
In addition, all employees have access to a dedicated health and wellness portal through our insurance provider. This online resource offers a wide range of seminars, behavior change programs, and tools to help track exercise, diet, and health goals. Together, these resources reflect The MPI Touch—our commitment to supporting the health and wellness of every employee.
