Gravity feed type metal detectors are used in gravity feed pipes. They provide the highest performance in detecting magnetic and non-magnetic metals. The bulk material falls through the metal detector. With the reject flap, even the smallest metal objects are promptly separated out of the product stream.

In Liquid metal detector is specifically designed for fluid and paste-like products. The sensor and control unit housing is made of sturdy stainless steel, appropriate for use in the food industry. It has a maintenance-free design and high-quality construction making it reliable in even the most challenging industrial environments. Special care has been taken to design a reliable high-pressure throughput piping. The sturdy pipe resists high pressures up to 16 bar (220 psi). 
The In Meat metal detector is easily integrated into your production line. It is a compact metal detector for sausage pumps and stuffer machines. It has a mobile base frame and stand with an integrated gas spring for easy height adjustment for installation between stuffer and the clip machine. The connection cable with external device plug and socket are provided. Let MPI know what type of stuffer machine you have. The COMBI metal detector is a highly-sensitive multi-segment sensor for inspection of textile-width objects such as nonwoven fabrics, transformer boards, paper, and textiles. The system detects the smallest metal particles of Fe — 0.5 mm. We also can supply Cassel controllers and software.
