Forty years ago today MPI began operations on February 7, 1981. MPI’s founder and CEO Keith Rhodes had a vision to substantially change the way magnets were designed and used in the industry.

METAL SHARK®2A is the standard controller for all new metal detectors in March 2021. Spare parts and support will be provided for five years or until February 28, 2026.

MPI President, Michael Hadjinian, is the recipient of the 2020 “Soaring Eagle” award by Vistage Michigan.

MMTC supports Michigan manufacturers to work smarter, to compete and to prosper. MPI’s manufacturing team engaged in the MMTC’s TimeWise simulation to learn about Lean principles.
